Application
The high efficiency intelligent circulation pump HRS-EA series is designed for heating system, supply water in circulating of cooling air-condition, boiler and solar energy, to supply hot water and keep warm.
The pump is 100% copper, uses PES impeller, Ceramic bearing, Ceramic shaft, the shielding and cover is made of AISI304, the pump is with built-in thermal protector, it can be supplied with brass or iron connector, male tab connection or with different cable length and plug, if customer want different voltage and frequency, it is also ok. The warranty that EDWIN PUMP supplied is 1 year.
Function & Description
PP1 and PP6 - PP1 is the minimum speed under proportional pressure, PP6 is the maximum speed under proportional pressure, so the curve can not keep constant and changed as manual operation.
CP1 and CP6 - CP1 is the minimum speed under constant pressure, CP6 is the maximum speed under constant pressure, so the curve can not keep constant and changed as manual operation.
PP2, PP3, PP4, PP5 - The operating point moves back and forth on the proportional pressure curve according to the volume of flow from system. As shown in the graph, the pump pressure is directly proportional to the flow demands.
CP2, CP3, CP4, CP5 - The operating point moves back and forth on the curve according to the volume of flow from system. As shown in the graph, the pump pressure remains constant, not affected by the volume demands of flow.
ECO This mode use working as "auto adaptation". It confines the performance of the pumps in aimed scope. As shown in graph.;
Performance can be adjusted according to the scale of system
Performance can be adjusted according to the changing of load during a specific period.
Under the mode of ECO, the pump is controlled by means of proportioinal pressure.
