Do you have the following problems ?

1. Mechanical pressure switch: Small water flow does not start or frequent starts and stops occur during operation. Manual adjustment of the starting pressure is required and is inaccurate. The current contact points of mechanical switches are easy to break; they make noise when used.

2. The mechanical switch cannot realize the superimposed pressure of tap water, because it has a stop pressure value that limits the normal performance of the water pump.

3. The mechanical switch control cannot implement the shutdown protection function of the motor when the water inlet source is short of water.

4. Pressure tank: The bladder is prone to aging, causing water leakage and shortening its service life. Generally, if the pipeline pressure reaches more than 5 kg, it will accelerate the damage and cause leakage.


Key Features :

1. The integral circuit board employs glue filling and moisture-resistant design, coupled with a controller guaranteeing a lifespan of 300,000 starts and stops of the water pump. This exceeds the durability of conventional mechanical switches;

2. Dual control of the water pump's operation through incorporation of a flow switch and pressure sensor. The former eliminates the issue of frequent restarts during water usage, enabling continuous operation of the pump to maintain consistent water pressure. The latter provides a pressure adjustment range of 0-100 meters, ideal for various high-rise structures. This effectively overcomes the susceptibility to damage and precision limitations of mechanical switches;

3. The smart water pump facilitates intelligent superimposition of tap water pressure, eliminating the restriction on shutoff based on stop pressure, thereby fully discharging the water pump's pressure;

4. In instances where frequent starts and stops arise due to pipeline leakage, pressing "DOWN-" reduces the starting pressure threshold, identifying the source of the fault while maintaining normal water pump functionality;

5. The water pump incorporates a 330-second water shortage protection feature. [This duration can also be tailored to meet specific customer requirements];

6. Constructed from materials capable of enduring high temperatures up to 130 degrees Celsius, it is well suited for pressurizing hot water equipment at 100 degrees Celsius;

7. The mechanical seal materials comprise silicon carbide and graphite, offering superior performance compared to traditional water pump ceramic bodies and graphite;

8. The pump body and connectors incorporate stainless steel inserts, copper impeller, and an all-copper motor. The maximum suction lift reaches 9 meters;

9. Intelligent control technology enables pressure-free tank control. Its compact size minimizes transportation expenses, conserves installation space, boasts aesthetic appeal, and guarantees robust quality.
